Product Description

L-Carnitine is a powerful anti-oxidant, transporting fats into the mitochondria where many free radicals are generated. The body is unable to transport Cholesterol/Triglycerides for metabolism without Carnitine. It helps fatigue and is advised for weight loss as the body generally does not have enough Carnitine to transport the fats for breakdown. Caution: when you take a single amino acid (like L-Tryptophan) combine it with a broad-spectrum amino acid supplement such as Amino Plex. Taking an amino acid alone over any meaningful length of time can potentially disrupt your metabolism. Also available in a 500 mg per capsule size.
