This is a beautiful, bright monitor. The industrial design is quite nice. The buttons are easy, and I love the way the cords can be wrapped and channeled through the back stand, better than any other monitor I've owned in that regard.

It's also nice to know I can rotate the monitor if I want, and the cables are neatly held together so they look great from any angle. I haven't figured out if my Windows XP operating system will autorotate when I turn it, but that's ok. I can do it manually.

It ever so slightly less crisp than Dell monitors I've seen. A comparable one is Dell UltraSharp 2408WFP - LCD display - TFT - 24" - widescreen - 1920 x 1200 - 400 cd/m2 - 1300:1 - 3000:1 (dynamic) - 6 ms - 0.27 mm HDMI, 2xDVI-D, VGA, DisplayPort - black - with Height Adjustable Stand and 3-Years Advanced Exchange Warranty, but the Lenovo monitor is not fuzzy and much less expensive, so no complaints.

The first monitor I received had a strange blue line down the center when the monitor turned on. I called Lenovo technical support, and they promptly shipped me a replacement (2-day air).

I am very happy with this monitor. It's perfect for coding and Web design, and if I need to watch a video full screen, it is really spectacular.

1920x1200 is the only way to go - the extra pixels at the bottom of the screen really make it all happen, make it all worth it.

I'm on a real workhorse - dual quad core xeons, 18GB of RAM, 4 fast SSDs in RAID0, quad output video. I've had Dell, Samsung, Acer and now Lenovo for monitors - rotated through at least 8 different ones. And now one of my monitors is this dog of a Lenovo. Wow but wow am I ever bumming. It's complete and utter crap. Going through brightness, contrast and color settings there isn't a way to get it so that the screen is bright and the text is clear from top to bottom. You know, even the cheap Acer monitors do a better job. In fact, the cheap Acer monitors give excellent results. On the Lenovo if I tune the brightness and contrast so that the center of the screen when running Outlook is fairly decent (not good - just OK) then I can't read anything in the task bar - it's all completely washed out. Incredibly poor design and implementation. OK. Taking the stock cable off and trying with another cable. Nope. Washed out or overlaid with all gray. Worthless junk.

This is a great monitor if you're looking for the extra vertical space provided by a 1920x1200 monitor instead of the more common 1920x1080. Very crisp and bright. Mine does not have any dead pixels or other problems. The tilt, swivel, and rotate are great for getting the right viewing position.
