5.0 out of 5 stars Works like a champ
I love this pump. It's comfortable, does the job and it's easy to clean and reassemble. It packs up neatly and I take it work with me. It doesn't come with a travel case, but that's what Ziploc baggies are for. I like the fact that it came with spare parts in case one piece went missing and the storage bottles are just the right size. It will also work with Medela and...

3.0 out of 5 stars Meh
I used this pump with my middle child. I only needed it for occasional use, to have bottles if I would be away from him or in a place where it would not be convenient to nurse.

It is fairly easy to take apart for cleaning, however it also leaks and the suction was not fantastic.

It doesn't come with a travel case, but that's what Ziploc baggies are for. I like the fact that it came with spare parts in case one piece went missing and the storage bottles are just the right size. It will also work with Medela and Similac bottles. I'm sure the battery operated pumps are great, but I find this works just fine. I have yet to complain about a Lansinoh product.

I've had 3 different manual breast pumps (1 with each of my babies). Out of Avent, Medela, and Lansinoh. Lansinoh is my favorite by far. Easy to put together, clean and use. I'd buy it again.

5.0 out of 5 stars So far, so good, July 5, 2010
This review is from: Lansinoh Manual Breast Pump (Health and Beauty)
I purchased this for emergencies and for long trips in the car. I love it so far. It doesn't hurt. It's easy to use and effective. It comes with extra parts. It's easy to clean and affordable. Time will tell when it comes to durability, but I would highly recommend this product. The only thing is that this may not be good for women with large breasts since it's a one size fits all design.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great design, comfy and works WELL., March 4, 2011
This review is from: Lansinoh Manual Breast Pump (Health and Beauty)
I got this hand pump after I had purchased the Medela hand pump, which pooped out after approximately a dozen uses, despite getting replacement parts, the suction just failed. I have just used this pump for the first time, and am very impressed with the seemingly superior design and effectiveness. It's very comfortable, silent, and of course, purple. I wish that someone would think to have these pumps come with a slick little sac to carry them in, but that being said, I think this pump is great. I will see how it lasts, and update my review after similar usage to the Medela hand pump. I also have their electric pump, the Lansinoh Affinity Double Electric Breast Pump, Lavender and despite dropping it a few times in sleepless klutziness still plogs along and does a great job. I love Lansinoh products, period.

This was a great/simple pump to use on occasion maybe once a day or less.
Worked good for stay at home mom. Was able to save milk for evening bottle or babysitter. Easy to clean.

5.0 out of 5 stars Love it!, October 4, 2011
This review is from: Lansinoh Manual Breast Pump (Health and Beauty)
Bought this in an emergency at 10:00p.m. at a 24 hour Walgreens when my pump suddenly stopped working. I wouldn't know if the electric pump is still working because 3 weeks later I havn't bothered to use it. This pump is GREAT! I feel that I get a lot better suction and control with using this and I also feel it takes less time then when I was using the electric pump, even to do both sides. Also, I find that it is very easy to clean, put back together and use. I have even had to use it in the car once or twice and no one had any idea what I was doing. Highly recomend this for working moms or moms who need to pump to supply someone else with milk!

4.0 out of 5 stars Great pump!!, September 26, 2011

I've been using this pump for over 7 months now. I use it at home and when I am away from my baby for more than 4 hours.
It is a little bit of hard labor(My hand does hurt if I continuously pump for 15 minutes straight), and little time consuming
than hospital graded pump, but it does get the job done. And, after a while you get use to the labor and time.

5.0 out of 5 stars my full time pump, June 8, 2011
This review is from: Lansinoh Manual Breast Pump (Health and Beauty)
This is what I used with my son and it was great. We bought this in a pinch, not knowing that both sides let down at the same time. I ended up pumping one side while I nursed on the other. I ended up with a lot of milk for when I went to work. I took the pump with me to work and it was really that simple. I don't remember having any problems with this pump and remember the convenience of it. This pump didn't hurt at all and included spare parts, as little parts get up and walk away frequently. I recommend this pump and will be getting one for my daughter in a month.:)

I have been pumping exclusively since my daughter was born (6 ½ months now), and let me tell you this pump is wonderful! I can take it with me and I don't need a plug to plug it in, I can pump at work without any noise coming from the room, I can do it in the car while my husband drives, we went on an airplane trip and I was able to pump in the airport bathroom without anyone knowing, the possibilities are endless! I have only one complaint and that is that the top rubbery part cracks quickly, I mean quickly in the sense that I am on my third rubbery part, luckily the pump comes with two, I had to by another pump because I accidently broke my handle on the first one so now I have spare parts which is nice. A must have, especially if for when you will not always be near an outlet.
