This review is from: LASIK: Clinical Co-Management (Paperback)
I used this while in optometry school to get a more detailed overview of LASIK/PRK than what was taught in lecture courses. It provides a nice summary overview about most of the major considerations involved in clinical decision making, but never really gets into down to the detail I was hoping for. I think most people who've had even light exposure to surgical comanagement of refractive procedures (LASIK and/or PRK) would find the book a little basic. It's well written, though, and provides a lot of good info, even if some of it is outdated. It would have benefitted tremendously from a few clinical case examples, especially in the chapters involving patient selection and post operative complications.
