This the greatest DVD software for Dell systems. It installs in minutes with no problems as long as you have a Dell system. I needed back up software for my system. I could get all from Dell except for this one. For some reason they no longer would ship it and had no place to download it from. Got it from this place and it was as advertised and shipped to me in three days. I wish all my orders shipped and arrived this fast. Great Supplier.

After using Cyberlink Power DVD player software for many years, and many versions, I thought this version would be as good as the previous ones. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Unlike previous versions, this one will not play video files from a hard drive. It also does not support as many formats as free options such as VLC or MPC. Though I only paid $4.17 for it, I still consider my purchase a waste of money.

Sound quality is great(on my system... Sound quality is affected more by the hardware than software). Runs DVD play back without any jitter compared to other playback software on same system that have a lot of jitter on playback.

JUNK again.... I tried downloading an update from Dell website to my Vostro 1700 and it always locked up installing

Then bought this and no different it goes into "install" and then locks up
so I have to power off reboot.... can't even use start menu

I like this product. It has a better interface than my older version and more features, including close-captions. Seems to work fine, so I don't have complaints.

Really don't care for the way DELL doles out redownloads of products I have paid for, so this was just what I needed. . . Thanks

Use caution when purchasing something like this. Provider had great description but know exactly what you need.
I used in an older De!! 8500, worked beautifully.

This software may be cheap, but it's not worth it. The sound quality is awful.
