A large collection of short stories of a humorous bent. Short is the operative word. Quite a few vignettes, and only one longer piece, in Clifford Simak's Lulu.

A bunch of amusing poetry, with de Camp's 'Skald's' perhaps the best.

Also, a whole lot of cartoons, so plenty to keep you entertained here.

Asimov pretty much makes fun of himself (partly thanks to his wife), at the start of each piece, too.
