DVD Sticks & $450 flat rate,

We have had multiple problems with our Rosen DVD/game console. When it works it's fine but DVDs will start to stick and not allow themselves to eject. Taken to repair shop & told they were crap and not worth fixing. Took to Rosen and told it is ALWAYS a flat rate of $450 to fix it. Apparently they know they are disposable also.
