This fabulous software combination includes the original Zoombinis Logical Journey along with the later, and completely original Zoombinis Mountain Rescue strategy game.

Both Journey and Rescue teach logic, self-confidence and self-esteem. But not to worry, aside from the characters and the basic logic in both games, the puzzles differ completely. Kids who tire of one game (which is hard to imagine) can happily move on to the challenges of the next.

Upon successfully completing a puzzle one hears "Well done, oh wise and trusty guide,"--or words of the like. These magnificent puzzles build skill and character without pressure of any kind. Mistakes are just an opportunity to learn better next time.

Each puzzle completed well brings praise and the reward of continuing on the logical journey. But in the instances one loses a few Zoombinis along the road, there is no cause for alarm. "Don't worry, you'll meet the Zoombinis again later," the narrator tells players.

The challenges are great for children of all ages and even for adults. I could think of much worse games with which to play of an afternoon with my kids. Even the characters and sound effects on these games are pleasant. They're fun and education packed together.

This was the first game that I had played in school that was actually fun! You get to design your own zoombins and help the find a place to live. I really liked this game and I think other people will to!

This is a great product for children. It easily combines logical skills with fun. Kids can't get enough.
