My 7 year old son got this a couple days ago...he hasn't stopped playing with it yet..Didn't take too long to build. This was his first Lego toy. Now he wants them all! This is more durable than I thought. I figured with it being a bunch of pieces,it would fall apart with my sons rough playing. Hasn't yet. He's taken it outside pushed it all through the yard and its still together.
Looks like Santa will have to bring more. :)

My son is 6 1/2 and he loves the Lego Mars Mission sets. The Trike was his first in the collection. He loved it so much that we have since bought several more pieces in the set including a second Trike. The Trike in particular is very durable and has remained together for more than two months which is longer than any other Lego set we have purchased so far. Great toy for hours of fun.

This is certainly one of the cutest things Lego makes! It really does have a suspension and it's just plain cool to all the boys who see this thing. It's cute how the astronauts can transport the bad aliens in the back while also mining for the energy crystals that we need back here on earth. It didn't take a seven-year-old long to build it, he even got to learn about how a suspension works which he can apply to other things later in life. Great educational toy, great fun too and it holds up to all sorts of rough play. Highly, highly recommend!

Lego.com sales it for $9.99. I had bought mine from Amazon and the seller was reselling a toy bought at K-mart.

My 11 year old daughter loves legos she saw this item and wanted all of them. So I bought her two for now she already has all of the Pirates of the Carabian and she has so much more. This will just be nice for her to add to her colletion
