My husband has an obsession with Lego Exo-Force. When I saw this I had to get it for him. We actually like to build them together. It took about an hour, maybe a bit more with the 2 of us working on it. It was a lot of fun :) I would imagine that this would be great for children, both to train them in dexterity as well as skills in following directions, which leads to a great reward :D

My son is 11 and loves the Exo-force Lego line of products. They are challenging for him to assemble and are interactive when complete. He follows the detailed instruction manual and creates his own toy. Can you ever go wrong with Legos?

I purchased this product for my 10 year old son with Autism. He is crazy about Lego products and can normally put them together at incredible speeds. It took him approximately 5 hours to put this one together. He loves to play with it but says that the only downfall is that the pieces come off really easy, and because there are many really tiny parts, they are lost quite easily. That part is quite frustrating for him. We paid something like $150.00 for this toy and he won't play with it anymore. He actually took it apart yesterday and used its parts to make other creations of his own. I could have gotten him a huge container of Legos much cheaper than what I paid for this toy and it would have had the same impact without the stress and frustration that came along with this toy. If your goal is to put this toy together and place it on a shelf for a collector item then this is your item! However, if your goal is to play with it then you may want to weigh the price to the frustration of losing and replacing Lego parts every day.
