I bought this for my 5 year old's Lego-themed birthday party, so each kid could make a vehicle to race. Nice assortment, lots of extra pieces if, I mean when, some disappear under the couch. 20 kids were able to build and keep their cars (we still have lots left over). Seems great for classrooms, too.

I purchased for a lego themed birthday party. My kids love legos, and would rather build vehicles than anything else. There are enough wheels and axles to build 36 four-wheeled vehicles (72 each of two sizes of wheels). It was exactly what we needed for the party. It is ONLY wheels and axles, however. You will need to have (or purchase) an existing supply of bricks to build with.

It is exactly what you think it is. A box of small Lego wheels. Kids love it, now they can build all of those little cars again. Now if Lego would only include some of the larger wheels.

Getting the LEGO WHEELS SET has been a fabulous addition to our toybox.

This is the third LEGO WHEELS SET in our extended family. We have children from ages three to eight that are enjoying them. I have friends who have said they'd like this as a gift, if I need a suggestion.

The LEGO WHEELS SET has transformed our LEGOS as toys. Having 52 sets of wheels in several sizes means that the boys can build a wide variety of things and make them mobile. We have seen cars, trucks, fire engines, trains, planes, and more. And to make those fun, we have seen all kinds of ramps and garages and such built. Adding wheels to the mix has vastly expanded the creative possibilities.

This is the best addition to our LEGOS we have found (though I am eying other items in the Educational series, like the pulleys).

These are as durable as you expect LEGOS to be. They come with some assembly needed, but my 5 year old enjoyed that part, so no worries here. (He was able to do the small wheels, but needed help with the large ones.)

How can you not like more lego wheels? Once assembled (which is easy enough if not a bit time consuming) you are good to go!

I made individual bags with the Lego logo on it from google images. Each bag had all the same pieces for each child to make their own car & race down the playground slide. Gift cards were given to kids whos cars did not break. Stickers to kids you tried. Everyone got a prize. I thought it would of been a great practice of motor skills by putting the tires together with my son, but his fingers got tired. It is a little time consuming to put the tires together, but worth it. Kihei, Maui

This was for my grandson's birthday. It makes it possible to make many things that need wheels without pulling off the wheels from something he already made. He loves it.

I only gave this 4 stars for fun because this set wouldn't be much fun by itself. I ordered this for my son's 6th birthday party along with a Basic Bricks set - we want all his guests to be able to build a Lego car. I would have preferred all the wheels to be identical, but there are enough sets of wheels I don't think it will be a problem.

There are a lot of wheels in here. Too bad they are just two sizes. I wish there where some bigger ones included. The kids have had lots of fun building so many wheeled vehicles. Kinda pricey but okay for so many.

Lots and LOTS of wheels. As the mom of the person who received them, not so thrilled ;) But my 6-year-old has already built several cars and LOVES them!
