The Lego Toy Story Buzz Lightyear alarm clock is definitely worth the price. It is basically a giant version of his Lego form in perfect detail. His hands, arms, and legs are able to be posed. The clock is a digital display that is on his chest. The best part is that you set the alarm by pressing the buttons on his spacesuit and his helmet is the snooze button. It even comes with batteries. I highly recommend this clock and also suggest purchasing the Woody clock as well.

Seems to be holding up to my 3 year old. Buttons are too easy to push so he can change the time very easily without intending to. Alarm isn't too annoying, gets him out of bed most mornings and shuts off automatically if he doesn't. Would recommend as a first alarm clock.

Buzz has a hard time standing alone without being propped by something. My son can't see the time from his bed due to the design and is annoying to set and snooze.

OK. This is kids' alarm clock.
But I still got it because I didn't want to use my cell phone as an alarm clock anymore for I work in a biochem lab and at the end of the day my phone has been exposed to billions of E.Coli cells.
Anyhow, it functions perfectly and does its job. Very nice design as well.
My girlfriend saw it and fell in love with it. So I'm getting her the 'Woody' version of this.
One complaint I have about this one though is that while holding down Buzz's helmet, which is a snooze/light button, the buttons on his chest don't work. So if you want to set time for an alarm at night, snuggly tucked inside your warm blankets ready to fall asleep, you would have to get up and turn the lights on just to set the alarm. But that's mostly because I want take an extra 15minutes of sleep next morning. If you're not so lazy like me, you would be fine.
Otherwise, it's a great alarm clock with good design and non-annoying alarm sound.

I bought this clock for my son, he enjoys Toy Story and Legos, so I figured I can't go wrong. While he enjoys the clock and it functions properly as a clock, it is not very sturdy. Whether standing or sitting the clock seems to fall over easily (seems like just a poor center of gravity location in the design). Also the "alarm on/off" button on the the back seems to get pressed too easily...especially when it falls over (which is often) so there's been many times where I thought the alarm was off but it got turned on accidentally. Other than that it's a good clock.

    Pros:
    Functions as a proper clock
    Has an alarm
    Buzz Lightyear/Lego design

    Cons:
    Falls over easily
Alarm on/off button toggles too easily

I have 3 other Lego clocks in my house and love them all - Boba Fett, Policeman, Pink Lego Girl. This one, I hate! This clock is very unstable so it tips over easily. That being said, the button that turns the alarm On and Off is on his back....so if it falls backwards, it inadvertently can turn the alarm off. It's a different button than is found on any of the others, it's very big and sticks out. That's why it's easy to turn off on accident. Total failure of design. I can't take the chance of it not working so in the drawer it went! I use the Lego clocks in case of power failure because they run on a battery. Cute but not practical to use.

This clock serves more like a cool toy than a clock to me! It is very cute, however, you can hardly see the time unless you push down Buzz's plastic hood! then, the clock will light up for few seconds. Since I need a clock in my baby boy's room to see what time I fed him, this clock is not very helpful. It is simply because I prefer to be able to see the time whenever I walk in baby's room without having to walk to the nightstand to push Buzz's hood, especially when my baby is crying. But if you are OK with that, then this will be a great buy.

I own other lego figure clocks. This one is slightly different because the other clocks have the time setting buttons at the back. But Buzz has them in the front, those colorful buttons on his chest.
For the future buyers, the wings and the glass helmet do not close. They are in fixed positions. But I knew this before I ordered, so not a problem.
The seller shipped very quickly and the clock arrived in good condition. It was a good deal.
