Crab with that?,
I'm surprised at the negative reviews this toy has gotten. The size of the toy and the number of pieces is clearly labeled on the box. It's a Lego Atlantis crab. It's meant as an add on to the larger Atlantis sets.
The crab is quick and easy to assemble and it looks really cool. The mini-figure has fins and a weapon. Even though this is a small kit, it still contains an Atlantis key. The idea is that the lego people must collect all five keys to enter the mystical Atlantis. Great for the imagination, my son and his friends like the crab to battle with the shark. If there's not another lego beast nearby, the crab is happy to fight or befriend figures from other playsets as well. If you're buying the Atlantis set for your kid for Christmas and the cashier asks "Do you want a crab with that?", buy the crab. It's cool.

many times i cringe at the recommended age ranges for the lego kits, because my twins can't seem to put anything together without parental help! however, this kit is perfect because it's not too big (68 pcs plus a diver figure), and the resulting item is surprisingly sturdy. my 5yo twins assembled the crab all by themselves in about 20 minutes, and spent hours more battling without destroying the crab. The crab itself is quite large (considering the amt of pieces), measuring 3"Hx4"Wx5"L. we had the star wars clone walker set that they couldn't figure out at all, and worst of all after i spent 15mins putting it together, the walker's legs broke apart after less than a minute of play.
for those reviewers disappointed in the size of the kit, it clearly states the number of pieces in the kit, so i didn't think this crab would be as large as a 300pc item.
