I purchased this set for my eight year old for the holidays. He absolutely loves this toy. The construction activity is fanatastic and provides shape recognition and use of motor skills. He spent over 2 hours putting both figures together and enjoys that Toa Lihkan can ride perfectly on the Kikanolo. Toa Lihkan is excellent but the Kikanolo is superb.

My son has several of these Bionicle figures but these two are his favorites.

Highly recommend this toy!

Lhekan rocks! His lava blades can be put together to make a lava bord. Like Takanuva Lhekan has gold armor and mask but they shine more. Kikanlo is the coolist bionicle ever. He has a air katana horn for bashing up the dark hunters. Kikanalo has poseble arms and legs. I hope they make a sieres of lhekans brothers and sister.

This is one of the most amazing Bionicles I've ever laid eyes on. Lhikan is awesome in every way. His Kanohi Hau, the Noble Mask of Shielding, has great detail and design. The Lava swords are easily one of the biggest handheld weapons in the Bionicle universe. They are also a surfboard (Lift his left leg, remove the swords, put them on the black connector above the right foot so that the foot is under the board/swords, and put his left leg in front of his right.) and a shield. (Take the staff from his right hand and put it in the left, then position the shield/swords in front of him.) Kikanalo has a lot of armor, and Lhikan can sit on him. (Kikanalo's claws should be holding Lhikan's feet.) He can also stand like a Toa, or be hunched over in a menacing way, like a Rahi. He is more poseable than any other Rahi I've seen before in the Bionicle saga. Overall, this set is amazing and if you have(..), pick this bad boy up or order it from Amazon, the site we're on. (I made a strange rhyme!)

Lhikan is the guardian of Metru Nui. He has two fire blades that join to form a lava board or a shield. Many people think his type is light, but it is really fire. Lhikan was captured in a battle between the Dark Hunters.

Kikanalo is not really Lhikan's pet. They are wild animals in Po-Metru. Rumors say that Kikanalo can destroy a Metru within a minute. Kikanalo contains a valueble piece known as the Chronicler's Staff. It was rare until Lhikan was released.

I got this when it came out ,and I still cant stop playing with it.

This is one of the most anticipated bionicle sets this year,and this is the greatest sets this year,if I were you,I would get this set.

Oh yeah!! Toa Lhikan is so cool! Weapons,mask,Kikanalo and everything!! I would buy it if I were you,and,I'm going to play with it right now!

This toy is the best of all lego creations after nidhiki. Lhi and kika are always fun to play with. Lhikan (now lhii in this reveiw)is very well desained with his gold rarmor and blades. Kikanalo (kika from now on) is a peach of art. I can find no faults. This toys durability is wonderful because neithe of them have lose hanging parts. The toy is even educationlal *coughparentslookingatthiscough* it teachis how to follow instuction in a book and even eye hand courdination to an extent. WARNING. IF YOU OR THE PERSON ARE GETING THIS TOY FOR DO NOT LIKE RUIND NALES DO NOT BUY THIS TOY ME AND MY FRIEND KILLED OYR FINGER PUTTING KIKA TOGETHER.

Toa lhikan is the best!! He has 2 lava greatswords that can be combined into a lava board and a promotional mask - the great hau. Kikanalo is my favorite rahi. His head is made up of 2 chronicler's staffs which were originally only a promotional item but they make a good head! Recreate your favorite scenes from the movie!!
