I really love this set. I purchased this set at my nearby Wal-Mart.I took it home and had it built in about twenty-five minutes. I was surprised at how well it looked. You get two minifigures that look great. Sparratus is the first. He has nice printing on his torso and legs. What really made this figure look good was the amazing helmet. He has a one sided head printing which is okay seeing that only his eyes show anyway. His weapon is cool with the small spider on it. Next is Gorzan in his knew armor printing. In my opinion, the old printing was way better. I see why LEGO changed the printing though. Stronger villains! Gorman has a great weapon. The set comes with a small build with a web and a chi Crystal. I personally like how they added that small terrain type piece. Next you get the main build. I love how they used some technic pieces for the legs. You can have so many story lines with this set, which makes it, in my opinion, a great play experience.

My son loves Chima. The spider takes a while to put together, but the pieces come apart pretty quickly.

This set contains two minifigs and one spider-vehicle.
The minifigs are Sparratus (from the Spider Tribe) and Gorzan (from the Gorilla tribe). Sparratus is a minifig introduced this year. He is awesome! Apart from the good printing on him, his headpiece is the best part. Nice design and detailing on his headpiece. His two fangs look very menacing! Gorzan is another great minifig. He was introduced last year. And , honestly, I liked the printing on his torso , in that minifig better that the one on this Gorzan. Here, his torso is grey..it indicates that Gorzan is wearing a metal armor. But, in the last year’s Gorzan, his torso was black..just his natural body..and I think it looked better.
Anyway, the Spider and Gorilla minifigs are my favorites so I’m more than happy with the minifigs in this set. I have about 15 of Gorzan minifigs and only about 6 of Sparratus so far…but I’ll try best to keep both the counts increasing! 
Now, one general complaint I have about the headpieces used in “Chima” theme is that , it should have been a single complete piece (like the headpiece in the Ninja Turtles minifigs). Here it’s like you first fix the regular circular LEGO head and then you put the face of the animal (like a helmet) over the head. Anyway, at least the minifig looks good and I guess that’s what matters in the end.
Gorzan carries one assembled weapon, called “Banana buster”, which I felt is not only lame but also too big for the minifig. In fact when I fixed the weapon on his head, one of the banana attached in the weapon poked him in the eye! I don’t know why LEGO will many a times design an assembled weapon that is very big and difficult for the minifig to carry.
