Another year, another disaster. After playing for nearly five hours, this reviewer has had more than enough. The headache started when the program first crashed on our one-year-old, fairly reliable eMachine, wiping out a lot of hard work. Prior to the crash, time was spent guiding a LEGO version of Harry Potter around while slowly but surely collecting frogs and treasure chests to get to the main part of the game (kids will like this part, in spite of the fact that characters move too slowly). The construction component, available from most screens, is absurdly complex, so if your child is itching to build Hogwarts rooms out of virtual LEGOs, as the title implies, forget it. There are lots of features, like tools for altering weather, creating characters and constructing buildings, but you have to be a wizard or witch to figure them out. Twelve enticing-looking portals lead to places to explore and build in, but the same problems plague each of these. Like last year's LEGO/Harry Potter game, this one's a bust.

Anoushka Age 7: I really liked this game and can't stop playing it. I played it today with my 5year old brother (I am seven) and we played it for 5hours.

I like the doors which you go through to take you through in to another part of Harry Potter's world and the quidditch game you can play.

Aren age 5: I liked the big spider and going inside the Harry Potter Castle and the big troll inside. You have to collect chocolate frogs and you can build your own lego things, snakes and trolls and spiders or anything you want.

I bought this game because I found it somewhere dirt cheap, and was amused by the concept. It is a cute game, great for kids. The characters are little slow moving, no matter how fast a processor you have.

This game is really neat!
Just some things. There's no photo album unlike in the first game but you can fress F1 to set the screen as your desktop!!
The music isn't as good as in the first game (Lego creator Harry Potter) but the graffics are much better!
The controls are a lot easyer then in the first game.
In the first game in order to get on a broom stick you had to go to the edit screen and put that person on, doing that is real hard, now you can make some one that comes with a broom stick or use a default one (default means that it comes with the game).
This game's chalenges are better because there well chalenges!
Most of the chelenges in the first game were kind of basic.
Bye! I am going to play the game now ;-)
