I bought this lego for my husband as a Christmas present. He had more fun putting it together than any other gift I've seen him received. He loved the realistic details. It is very well crafted and has a sturdy display stand for such a large item. This plane will be with us for many years to come. A+ to the Lego Dreamliner

I got this with my birthday money, and although it's 80 bucks (or 80 Bolivias as my mom would say), it is well worth it. I haven't had any problems with it falling apart that weren't my fault. I'd just say to make sure and check up on the stand every once in a while to make sure that no pieces have popped out or anything. Although I was anticipating it to be huge, it was still bigger than I expected, and looked extremely realistic. It was so much fun to build (I couldn't stop), and it wasn't repetitive or monotonous. Overall, I'd say that nearly everything (the wings are a little bit droopy) is perfect about this model, and I would strongly suggest it. It's massive too, so make sure you've got room for it.

Very nicely done. It's bigger than I thought it would be. Excellent directions. It would be nice if the parts for each step came out of the same bag instead of having to open every bag and have all those parts to sort through. I also wish it had landing gear. The stand is nice, but I'd like the option of displaying on it's gear. The engines are good, but could be alot better. But, it's just plane awesome to see it finished. I still give it 5 stars and 2 thumbs up.

This was a very fun LEGO jet to build, the instructions were very easy to read and follow. Both of my 8 year old sons were able to help with relative ease. The jet looks impressive once it is completed, but there are no landing gear and the method used to attach the wings is not very solid. As the aircraft sits on its stand, the wings sag. There should have been a better method used to construct the wings and the insertion into the fuselage. Overall it was a good project and my kids did enjoy making it.

This is a great toy. My husband and 3 boys had so much fun putting this together. It took them about a week - they had it on the diningroom table, and would work on it a few hours each night. They loved it - it looks great!

Everyone that thinks this is worth $400 is a complete idiot, it was $70 when it came out, so I could see 100/$150 but honestly you people are out of your mind. I bought this on eBay for $150 and love everything except1. The wings sag too much 2. The wings slide out/fall out too easily 3. Turbines aren't realistic AND the blades don't rotate 4. Wing tips need another angled piece to make it a sharp point 5. It's very heavy for a Lego model, so when it's on the stand it wobbles VERY VERY easily. But that's it, everything else is great! 1. Awesome shape to the body 2. Cool Boeing house livery design 3. Appropriate Stickers for detail 4. Great conversation/in your face piece 5. Rare, so you have something really unique. 6. If you get two, a guy on Youtube made a 747-8i, proving two of these go together perfectly...

Beautiful plane when finished. I buy these for my husband for bad weather days and he has built almost all of the Techniques Legos and the architectural ones. These are great for men who like to be doing something all of the time.

This aeroplane consists of over 1100 pieces which makes it a real good longterm buildingexperience, instead of all the special bricks that come with Starwarslego etc. that you can use only for the specific model. This Boeiing is lego as we like it the most: lots of bricks, great design and making the kids want to explore different possibilities.
Also a compliment to Techvalley, the shop, for sending it so quickly all the way from USA to Holland, within 8 days! Great!

My girlfriend got me this LEGO set for Christmas and we had a great time assembling it together. It is quite a large set considering the body and wingspan. I had to put it on top of my display case because of it's size. I love it and it makes for a great conversation piece.
