This is Lloyd, the green ninja, in his grown-up form, with regular-sized Lego legs rather than the short legs of the original Lloyd Garmadon minifigure, and beautiful decoration similar to that of the other ZX ninja. Lloyd comes with his spinner, which is gold with green accents, as well as the usual 5 Ninjago game cards and a sword, a staff, and a green-bladed golden weapon.
The only other way to get a green ninja minifigure at this time is to buy the $120 LEGO Ninjago 9450 Epic Dragon Battle set, so if you are looking for the green ninja, I highly recommend this minifigure pack if you can find it in stock at a reasonable price.
Update 3/5/2013: We found one other good way to get a green ninja! The DK Ninjago guidebook, LEGO Ninjago: Character Encyclopedia, actually comes with a green ninja minifigure... it's not the same ZX version sold in this pack, but it's still "super cool" according to my daughter, and the price for the book and minifigure combo is outstanding. Amazon was backordered on the book when we ordered it, so we did have to wait almost a month for it to come, but I think the wait was worth it as both the book and minifigure are fantastic.

My 7-year-old son loves all the Ninjago toys and really wants to "complete the set" with this impossible-to-find green ninja. At this price (which is based purely on how rare it is at the moment), it's impossible to justify getting him this little minifigure for Christmas. Instead I'm using this as a learning opportunity, to teach him about getting a good value for your dollar. We'll be picking out $30 worth of other toys that ARE available on a shelf to show him the difference between a reasonable price and an artificially-inflated one. He'll get this one only after the stores and online retailers restock and the price drops down to something a little more stomachable.

Son loves the Green ninja!
