This Lego set is very durable and lots of fun. Here are a few pros and cons: Pros- the drill spins in opposite directions at the same time. Stickers were very easy to put on. Two of the stickers feel rough to make it seem like dirt is really on the vehicle. Comes with a Firox rock monster figure who is orange. I really like the green/orange color scheme. Also comes with dynamite which I have never had in any other Lego set. Cons- Drill sometimes falls apart because the stick holding it together is short. They made the vehicle look bigger on the box than in real life. That about sums it up. Overall: Good! (This review dictated to me by my almost 11 yr. old son)

My 7 year old son loves the driller. LOVES! I believe his best friend said it best when he saw it: "Oh, wow, this is SWEEEEET!" It stays together very well, is durable, and lives up to the high quality that LEGO always offers. The crystal rock monsters that come with it are a huge hit as well. He's now mixing this in with his Aqua Raiders sets to create a whole new world of adventure. My son is the first of his friends to get any of the Power Miners sets, and now they all want them. I'm sure he'll get more of them for his birthday in a few months.

I got this for my son who is almost 10 and he just loves it. when it arrived he immediately put it together with no help and was so proud of his accomplishments afterwards. I would much rather purchase this type of toy rather then a video game. He has many Lego's and loves them all and I love when he spends his time building and creating.

This is probably one of the coolest sets in the Power Miner series. If you're just starting out in this series, get this one first. Make SURE you grab this one if you have a Rock Monster fan at home because it is just the coolest thing! That power driller moves all over the place when they move it around and quite frankly, it's one of the most favored toys in this house. It really looks like it could bore through a rock wall and includes dynamite too. It took an eight-year-old about an hour to put together and was he ever excited when it was done! Haven't seen him that quiet since either! :) Great, great toy, one that all the boys clamor for too. Highly, highly recommend!

This has easy to follow directions---my 7 year old put it together without any adult help!!

My 7 year-old grandson spends hours and hours building his Power Miners. We have to force him to stop when it's time to eat or go somewhere. It amazes me how he can follow the directions and put all those tiny pieces together. They have been great for him as he works through his frustrations when he has difficulty or a piece falls off and he has to rebuild.

My son loves these power miners.
At 6 he can put them together with no help from anyone.

MY brother is five years old.He loves it so much.The drill spins,it can spin fast or siow.I know this is short but I am eight years oid.

My 8 year old son put together this lego set in 1 hour! He absolutely loves it and wants to collect the whole set. It appears to be very durable. It looks cool and it's fun to watch the drill spin as the vehicle moves.

I purchased this for my Grandson for Christmas. He loved it and started working on it that evening. What's not to love about LEGOS!
