5.0 out of 5 stars One Tricked Out Tow Truck!!, November 20, 2010
= Durability:5.0 out of 5 stars  = Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars  = Educational:5.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: LEGO Space Smash 'n' Grab (5982) (Toy)
I purchased this set because I liked the figures and the tow truck looked pretty sweet! This set comes with one space police officer figure which has a nice printed, torso, and legs. The officer also has a cool printed head which is double sided, one side being a confident face, and the other being a surprised face. The officer is equipped with a laser gun, jetpack, and a gray helmet with a red visor. This set also comes with one amazing Squidtron figure which has an awesome printed hard plastic head, and printed torso and legs. This set also includes an Asteroid ATM which has two hundred dollar bills inside for Squidtron to steal. The tow truck itself is a very entertaining build and when finished it looks like a genuine tow truck, but with Sci-Fi twist. The tow truck is equipped with a single person cockpit for Squidtron and two tool attachments (one on each side of the truck) for his laser gun and wrench. The tow truck also has two headlight disguised flick-missiles (one on each side of the truck) which can be fired using two knobs at the back of the ship. The tow truck also has a folding crane which can hook onto the Asteroid ATM so it can be stolen quickly and safely! Well, here are the basics of the set:

The good things :-)

Space Police Officer
Squidtron
Jetpack
Wrench
Two laser guns
Asteroid ATM
Two hundred dollar bills
Tow truck
Cockpit
Headlight disguised flick-missiles
Firing mechanism
Folding crane
Some very cool pieces

The bad things :-(

No handcuffs
Stickers

Over all, I very highly recommend this set.

5.0 out of 5 stars Catch that Robot!, April 13, 2010

Squidtron is a robot built by Squidman. Squidman is a bad guy and Squidtron is even worse. Squidtron immediately decided to be worse than his creator.
It's a really good set, and I like playing with it but the jets keep falling off. Also, I have lost a dollar in the ATM. (Darn that robot!) Otherwise it is a really great set.

5.0 out of 5 stars SUPER cute set!, April 24, 2010

You can really tell the engineers at LEGO really love their jobs! This set is so full of intricate details that I find it quite amazing that it is a toy. The fact that the atm machine has cash in it, that Squidtron is such a total bad guy that he invents a getaway "car" that has a hook so he can just run by all the atm's, hook them, and take off, is just ingenious. After this one was assembled, we all about laughed ourselves silly! It's super cute, loved a ton in this house, is very durable too. This guy's already stood up to hours of playtime with minimal falling apart. The atm machine likes to fall off the hook but all the better for the Space Policeman to grab it back. Took about 20 minutes for a nine-year-old to assemble so it's not overly involved. SUPER cute, highly, highly recommend!
