We bought this toy for our son and he LOVES it! Very creatively built toy! There are little "surprises" as well (a safe full of money and a hidden recipe for the krabby patty, etc.) This is an adorable toy!

Im 15 and a diehard Spongebob fan so i just bought this today at Walmart for 20 bucks. Worth every penny, it took me about an hour to build it and it was fun. I knew they wouldn't go all out on the details (like the back end with Mr Krab's office and such) but it is pretty cool. I like the layout of the Krusty Krab and i really like the way they have the Kraby Patties.

All in all its an awsome lego set and i cant wait untill they make more. (Like Mr Krab's Anchor house or Sandy's Tree dome)

Size is not impressive. BUT my 6 year old grandson keeps it set up on the coffee table and enjoys playing with it while watching Sponge Bob on TV. He feels it's special and takes care of it.

My kids are bog Spongebob fans and we all love Legos, so this set was a must-have for my 7-year-old. She couldn't build it all herself, but she and I spent several fun hours building it together. Once it's built, it has lots of fun features like a safe that opens to store Mr. Crabs's money and a grill that flips crabby patties. My daughter and her younger sister have a great time playing with the completed set. And the great thing about Legos is that if the kids get tired of building the Krusty Krab, they can use the pieces to make something of their own imagining.

At long last, LEGO has finally put out a Spongebob Squarepants set. I have been waiting for years for LEGO to do this and they finally answered my prayers. My son is a big fan of Spongebob. He loves the show and he loves the toys (and it's one of the few kids' shows that I don't go crazy watching with him).

This set is very functional. There is a unique grill that Spongebob can use to fry Krabby Patties and you can also hit a lever and they go flying. There is also a vault where Mr. Krabs can store his money, money, money! The restaurant itself is pretty cool with seating for some lucky patrons. I was also very impressed with the unique dumpster.

Even though these elements of the set are great, the minifigs are what makes this set really worthwhile. You get Spongebob, Mr. Krabs, Squidward and even Plankton! If Patrick were included in this set it would be even better but there is a great parts selection regardless. You do have to be careful with Mr. Krabs' eyes as they can tend to break and fall off (especially with young kids playing with him).

For the price, I would certainly recommend this set. No Spongebob fan should be without it!!!

My son is 7 and wanted this toy after seeing it on TV. It took me about 45 minutes to put it together. The illustrations in the manual shows steps, but they add on pieces in the pictures without telling you, so it was really easy to miss key parts and have to back track. He played with it at first and took care not to tear it apart, for about 48 hours. The first time he decided to take it apart, he lost a lot of the small pieces. I would recommend providing your child with a ziploc bag or bin if he/she wants to take it apart. Or else the pieces will end up in your vaccumm.

My 5yr old is a lego and spongebob nut and loved this. I liked that it had lots of clever details like the vault, dumpster and patty flipper to keep playing after building. Fairly easy to put together, adult working with child.

As a professional computer engineer, it's important to have cube decorations that you enjoy. This lego spongebob crusty crab is just that.

There are a lot of little details that make it very cute -- like the pickles for the crabby patties, or the money for mr crabbs.

Of course, with all legos, there are a lot of small pieces that hurt when you lose them in the carpet and walk on them. Be careful
