I got it and LOVE it. It is vary big and cool. It has a Droid, 2 Jedi, 2 Republic Men, and a LITTLE Speader that goes inside the Republic Cruiser. It's not vary durable, but you can open it and see the Droid, the Republic Men, and the Speader.The inside is vary Cool!!!!

Good: It's a big ship, pretty durable except for the small radar parts
Bad: The escape pod falls off easily

beautiful, fun, complex to assemble toy ! my son is a furious star wars fan, this lego toy is a hit.

This set is cool. Great functions.Cool mini figures but why would you put R2 R7 in the set? Could this set come with hair for the jedi knights.

Purchased this for my grandson and he was so excited when he unwrapped it. Keeps him busy for hours.

My 10 year old son loves building the Star Wars Lego sets, but purchased this set in particular because of the R2R7 droid that comes with this set. He saved up his money to purchase this set and built it in one day, due to his excitement. When his grandma and grandpa came in to help him, my son shared but only a little bit as he was having so much fun building from the 2 instruction books that come with this set to complete it. To my surprize, he didn't even turn on the TV at all that day!!

The moving parts on the Republic Cruiser are really smart too. The shuttle pod that takes the lego characters to investigate the "Republic distress calls" detaches smoothly now that my son re-configured the rubber band mechanism. It is great fun to recreate scenes from the Star Wars Episode 1 storyline. The detail on the characters are so cool, even down to the jedi capes included in this set.

Even since completing the Republic Cruiser, my son has been taking pieces from the set and creating new shuttle pods, land racers, and other items to further make use of this set. He even took off some of the hinge pieces from this set to create a working garage door along with using my brother's old lego sets when he was a child.
