These Nordic Walking poles, made by Leki, are GREAT! The poles are well-made, very light weight and well-balanced. The Nordic glove is very comfortable. The gloves are also very easy to release from the pole with Leki's quick release system. Nordic walking is a relatively new sport in the United States, but one can see people all over in Europe and the "Northern Countries" out Nordic walking. It is a great sport; my family and I have taken it up and we all love it!

Light weight. Adjustable height is effective. Tips are large enough to absorb some impact, but you'll feel the cement after 2-3 miles. Handles fit, but the grip is not perfect. Keeping the tips exactly straight ahead requires adjustment from time to time. The sticks really do help your workout, increasing your stride, pace and heart rate. The upper body workout is effective.

These Nordic poles have been consistently amazing; from the easy quick release on the hand grips so you can grab a bottle of water [or your keys!] to the generous rubber 'feet'. They are lightweight and sturdy, easy to adjust, not to mention an awesome piece of lightweight technology. I use them every day.
