just finished 120 lbs of various sausages, mixed 25 lb batches with ease by hand. Being able to dump 95% of sausage out by tilting then turning the crank backwards, is a time and back saver. Would recommend to all, clean up easy.

Finally got to use mixer to make venison sausage.Well built and a much need piece of equipment.No problem and very quickly mixes the 25 lbs of meat,and this was without the electric version..great product..LE.M. Products 25 lb Manual Mixer with Grinder Attachment
