as a plumber i use a tubing cutter almost every day.for the last year or so i have tried the new lenox line consisting of the migit,the 1 1/8 and tne 1 3/4.my favoite being the 1 3/4.i do like the solid construction,the smooth operation of the knob,the extra wheel and the built in reamer.these are worthy of a 5 rating.however the cutter is not as strong as a ridgid when it falls from an 8ft ladder,pushing the knob into the body making the operation never quite the same.for what they cost i expected more endurance.also wheels last about 1/2 as long as ridgid.once it gets wet it needs to be oiled very soon as well.this makes the rating a 3
