Description: Octavo (8vo) Signed One page letter on Supreme Court stationery handwritten and signed by Supreme Court Justice Hugo L. Black, and signed in full. Attractively framed with a photographic print and a typed letter that is unsigned. The handwritten letter is dated February 24th, 1969, and is of a most curious topic. Justice Black is complying regarding a request from Professor Ovid Lewis for a sample of his handwriting for the purpose of it being analyzed by a graphologist. The letter closes by saying "I hope my handwriting does not expose all my behavior..." An attractive framed ensemble, with black matting and a gold frame.
