Poor Quality,

Poor sound quality, erratic behavior when channel changing. Forgets channels entered. Sometimes it just blacks out if you change the channels quickly. The sound is tinny and scratchy with no depth even after trying to improve it .

This TV clearly states on its spec sheet under this heading: REAR AUDIO/VIDEO INPUTS/OUTPUTS this item: RS-232c In (Control/Service)BUT LG tech support has reported to me this is incorrect. I purchased this TV specifically for the RS232 control and it doesn't work at all! I will try to return it.
