I purchased my LG 42LBX (42LB9D) LCD TV around Thanksgiving and go it for $1069.00. During Black Friday it went on sale again for $999.00. I think this set is awesome. Having had just a 32 inch regular TV, to get a 42 in LCD was something I have always wanted. I think the features are so easy to us. The picture is crisp and clear. The colors are beautiful. I will purchase more LG products in the future.

Bought this on the advice of my neighbor. Plug & play. I had it on in time to see the Red Sox lose to the Yankees, so I switched over to a movie, the Bad Leiutenant, Harvey Keitel dancing a drug induced solo minuet in all his natural born glory. I've got to get HD! I paid 25% less than the Amazon price. My comcast remote won't recognize the TV code so I have to use separare remotes for each piece of equipment. Other than that, so far so good.
