This player will not stream Amazon video on demand. Amazon streaming was a main reason to select this model. The LG website is not accurate. LG customer service says Amazon video streaming was REMOVED from all Blu-Ray players. So, it's going back for a refund. Planning to buy Sony to replace this.
I fully recommend this blu-ray player. For the price and all the features you really can't go wrong.
I just didn't bother to return it. Other than that it works and it's easy to setup.
Having a 3D player the first time in my life, it works pretty cool.
However, This player does not support the video formats I'm used to using on my USB drive.
Also Amazon Prime is not supported.
In addition to those unfortunate things the player did not have a way to program universal remotes for it. I looked online and can not find any LG products that will work with the Universal remotes I use. This has never been a problem with any hardware Ive ever owned in the past.
Overall I like the player but being forced to use a extra remote and having to identify and reformat all my MP4s to play makes this player seem a inferior choice to other more "friendly" manufacturers.

Great Blu Ray player for the price. But it does crash or freeze up to where I have to restart it about 25% of the time when using the apps to watch netflix.Published 15 months ago by Jean-Marcus
It's a decent product but it's awfully slow just like most LG products I've bought. They feel like good quality but lack speed for some reason.Published 17 months ago by A. Torres
Haven't had much of a problem yet with this product. I don't have a 3d tv so obviously I can't use that feature now, but I've used Netflix, Youtube and watched Bluray and DVD... Read morePublished 18 months ago by Revieiwer of Items
