This has been a great phone for me. I find the sound quality is fine compared to other phones I've had, better actually. It's very user friendly. Verizon customer service was a little iffy on their recommendations but a little internet search was all I needed to remedy my problem. Great service area coverage. Takes a little getting used to the touch screen but then it's a cinch. This is the nicest phone I've had.

i love it. I asked for them to hold me one back and they did till i got the money to buy it. Thanks alot you guys.

Phone is good enough for me. I still refuse to jump on the smartphone bandwagon, so I just want a phone that makes calls and has a good interface and this phone works well enough. Not perfect, but I wasn't going for perfect, just usable.

I purchased this item because I liked being able to have internet access for an affordable monthly fee. The mobile email system, which I loved, only works for 5 days and verizon is unable to extend the app after that. I called, and called.....and called, but was told that the app was not supported by the phone any longer, so, no email. Yay.

The actual phone is irritating. The touch screen is moody at best and the sound quality is awful. There is A LOT of background noise.

What really, really lost me on this prepaid phone plan was the service. I lost text messages and calls for an entire day. When I called, I was told that the phone lost service with the tower during a recent snowstorm (we had no accumulation, and certainly no "storm"). Because of this lost service, the phone had reprogrammed itself. They recommended that I reprogram my phone everyday to make sure I didn't lose texts and calls. Well, Allrighty then! You know, when it snows is kind of when I want my phone to work, so I can you know, call for help should I be stranded....

If you like coaxing and pleading with your cell phone and provider to make calls, spending time sitting on hold for customer service, paying for features that aren't really there and sounding like you are standing on the side of a highway all the time--this phone is for you!

I'm going to try and return it, as I am within the 14 day return period. I'll have to choke on the 50 dollar monthly payment, but it's worth it to get a phone that works.

I'm going to miss all my Verizon Customer Service friends: Amber--I hope Valentine's Day went well--you deserve better from that man! Stephanie, Justin and Amy, you were awesome. Brad, you have some learning to do, but you were so sweet--keep at it. You will be a great customer service rep in no time!
