Refilling Your Account
There are two simple ways to keep the minutes coming with Instant Refill:
- Monthly-Fill -- You select which day you want your account filled. Your refill is automatically processed on that day every month for the amount you requested.
- Anytime-Fill -- Instant Refill customers can refill by phone. Just dial #ADD (233) on your wireless phone and follow the prompts to complete your refill.
Just set up your account with your credit/debit card information, then choose one of the two refill options above. The minimum refill amount is $5. Set up your credit/debit card by calling 1-888-4EZ-FILL or by stopping by any U.S. Cellular location.
For easy balance management, dial #BAL (225) to get your account balance or dial #ADD (233) to add money to your account if you have a credit/debit card on file.
Refilling at a U.S. Cellular Store
Visit any U.S. Cellular retail store or authorized refill location to refill your account. The in-store minimum refill is $5. Visit our the U.S. Cellular Web site to find the most convenient location.

Call Directory Assistance by dialing 411 from your wireless phone to get the phone numbers of the people and businesses you need. You can also get additional information like movie times and locations, restaurant listings and more. Each call to Directory Assistance costs $1.99, plus airtime and toll charges may apply.

U.S. Cellular supports an environmentally friendly wireless phone disposal and recycling program. As a service to our community and the environment, we're pleased to offer phone drop-off locations at participating stores as a convenient way to dispose of your old wireless phones.
U.S. Cellular is committed to a partnership with Public Safety to provide Phase I and Phase II Enhanced 911 ("E911") service for our subscribers and roaming customers in times of emergency. Enhanced 911 automatically provides Public Safety Answering Points ("PSAPs") with the caller's telephone number and information on the estimated location of the 911 caller to assist in dispatching emergency assistance. Enhanced 911 service works only where PSAPs have upgraded their equipment/systems to be able to read and use the Enhanced 911 location data.
