I 'm going ot have to send this product back as it is going crazy. It is saying out of range connected to phone over and over so it is going nuts because the phone is on my hip!!
Hope they will replace it as it has been just over 30 days.
I have owned this product before and it is great with the caller Id. Vital for my business. My last one lasted a long time and actually it never died but I broke the plastic loop that goes around the ear as I put it in my pocket too many times.
Let you know how service is on the return.

This has the potential to be a good head set, but I have some issues with it. I give it 4 stars only because the sound quality is good and it's pretty.
If you read reviews of this product in the other colors you'll see that some people say the plastic ear hook is flimsy. I agree that it is flimsy. However, it is bendable as they say.
I feel that the actual ear piece is too big. I never thought I had particularly small ears, but in-ear style head phones are often uncomfortable for me. I don't recommend this if you tend to have the same problem. This headset comes with 3 interchangeable covers for the piece that goes into the ear. It arrives with the largest of the covers on the headset. I changed mine out and put the smallest cover on and it was still quite uncomfortable in my ear. I've found a way to make it bearable by relying heavily on the ear hook to hold it on and it rests against my ear rather than in my ear, but I still have to shift it around periodically because it still becomes painful after some time. Because I can't put it in my ear the volume is never really loud enough for me.
The final problem I have with this earpiece (aside from the voice that talks to you being very annoying) is that it seems to go out of range easily. My husband had a motorola headset with which he was able to leave the phone in the house and go walk around our back yard with no problems. I, however, with my earpiece on and my phone in the next room, am being periodically told that I am "out of range" and then a few seconds later I'm told that I'm "connected to phone". I think it's fair to say that something's screwy here because I'm not more than 20 feet from the phone.

After using it for several days, the ear hook broke - piece of junk. I have the blue one and I've been using it for months already. The ear hook never broke. What's the difference if it's the same item - only different colors?
