Perfectly clear incomming and outgoing. Did the research, it's comfortable. Very secure on the ear and extremely secure once you push it in all the way to listen to a call. We have two! JW.

I had 2 other bluetooth earpieces for my LG 8500 phone - a Jabra I received when I purchased my phone and a Hummer that I found on line - both of which were supposed to be compatible with my phone. I found both of them uncomfortable and the quality of reception was not good. (The Jabra actually hurt after I had it on for a little while.) I was so dissatisfied with the 2 I had that I kept looking for another one & came across the LG HBM-750 on line & figured I had nothing to lose. The comfort with the over-the-ear piece is 1000 times better. I can wear it as long as I need to without any discomfort and the quality of the sound and reception is also greatly improved. As a bonus, it also uses the same charger as my phone. My only problem was that I lost it (by my own carelessness) & had to get another one. I would definitely recommend the LG HBM-750.
