This iss such a great product for me. Two previous Bluetooth headsets just wouldn't fit my (and my son's, too) ear well. It kept falling out or off entirely. This headset hangs in there through whatever activity I perform.

The only thing I had to get used to was turning the headset on and off. It just wasn't seeming to work for me when in the "in ear" position. Finally, I realized than when I tried to turn the unit off while in my ear, my fingers were also pushing on the volume control which apparently kept the unit from actually powering on and off. Once I figured that out, I was good to go.

Product is good and I can hear and the other side can hear me better than the previous one I owed which was a Plantronics 300 Series. I also like it better because it also rings in the ear and if you are in a very noisy location, this will help. The only issue is a little bit difficult to adjust to the ear loop to adjuts since is so thing, it does not adjust well.

This is my first hands free headset. Don't know why I waited this long to buy one. The headset goes into a sleep mode when the cell phone goes out of range, so I don't have to turn it off each time I don't want to use the headset. It reconnects with the cell phone once it's gets back in range.

The only thing I have not figured out yet, is how to tighten the loop ring that goes around my ear. Great device!!!

The LG bluetooth is a great size, not too big, and is very light weight. It fits well and is successfully designed. The sound quality is excellent. The only problem is that there is a 2-3 second lag when I answer my phone calls, even with an LG phone. Otherwise, it's a great bluetooth device.

This was a great product until about 3 months after I bought it when the earpiece broke. It is a flexible metal earpiece and it didn't hold up. Now I'm left with yet another piece of electronics to send to the Great Electronics Graveyard.

I ordered two of these bluetooth headsets, one for my husband (who tends to lose or break them) and one for me (since my husband broke my last one). While he uses his more than I do, both of them function well and are reasonably easy to use. They are comfortable and the ear wrap keeps them on nicely.

A couple of drawbacks: previously, we've had a plantronics and a jawbone. Both had better sound quality than these, but both were also significantly more expensive. I have heard from several people that they have a hard time hearing me if I don't speak loudly in the car. Also, the voice dial options for this headset are a little strange. It works, usually, but can be challenging.

Overall, I'd recommend these. Nice item for the price.

Got this a few weeks ago and it's been working great so far. Don't use it a lot, but have used it with my cell phone and the computer with google voice. No problems.

I bought this Bluetooth for my daughter who was opposed to the idea of Bluetooth. I gave it to her as a Christmas gift and she was excited. The product was damaged I contacted seller right away; the service I received was great. I emailed the seller and they just sent a replacement. Wow speedy service. Next thing I know the replacement has arrived. I am impressed.

Good point: looks nice.
Bad thing: Everything as a bluetooth device. Short usage time, noisy and unclear, wireless range is very limited, across another room will be unusable.
Compared with the most basic Motorala models I used, it demonstrated how far the Korea's product is inferior behind in US techniques. It is another garbage from Korea, if not the appearance is good, it could not get 2 star in my opinion. Do not be confused by the looking, the important thing is you need to compare other product........
