The refrigerator has 4 split shelves with 3 with a slide-out option and 2 crisper bins. The LG Refrigerator measures approximately 35 3/8 D x 69 3/4 H x 35 3/4 W and has a 1 Year Parts and Labor, 7 Years on the Sealed System Warranty.

My wife and I bought this refrigerator for our new home. I am usually a big fan of LG products because of their focus on making them user friendly with some well-thought-out features. However, this product has been a disappointment. Less than 2 months after our purchase we had to have the computer control board replaced. The ice maker frequently gets jammmed with refrozen ice cubes because of the design of the outlet which allows ice cubes to thaw and then refreeze at the outlet. In addition, the top freezer drawer gets ice build-up that makes the drawer hard to open. I thought defrosting freezers was something that was in the past! To top it off, we have already had one of the door racks break. This unit is far too expensive to have this many strikes against it!

We have had this in our home for a while now, and so far so good. Plenty of storage space, and uniform temperatures throughout. No cold spots or hot spots that I can find. It has a lot of well-designed shelf space, but the ice maker does consume the entire left side, except for small shelf suitable for a couple water bottles or something.

The ice maker and water dispenser is HUGE. I love being able to fill up an entire pitcher, or those big 48oz mugs without tilting them. We have not had any problems with the ice dispenser jamming up, and it holds a surprising amount of ice. The water filter lasts six months and has a nice visual indicator of the time remaining right on the front. There is also a handy control panel lock feature, which prevents any of the settings from being changed, and any features from being operated- including the ice maker and water dispenser. This is great when you are cleaning or if you have small kids in the house.

The automatic freezer drawers are fantastic. You can either press the buttons to open and close them, or push/pull them yourself and it will sort of "help you". There are a lot of nice touches like the dimming LED lighting, which really lights up the interior nicely. It's also very quiet. We really love this model so far, in every way. If it breaks I'll come back and post an update.

First month water filter cover broke. slowly over the next year shelf brackets have broken and shelves have cracked. I am 49 years old and have owened many refrigerators and have never had any of them break EVER until now. Replacement parts would cost 150.00 and I refuse to put that back into a piece of junk.
