Copy of my email to this seller after purchasing this product:

I'm not sure what to think of this. The battery I received was obviously used. It has minor scratches all over with obvious damage to the corners where it had been dropped. The packaging was in excellent condition so there's no possibility that it was damaged in shipping.

So I decided to use it anyway, thinking that if it worked then who cares if it's scratched up. Sure enough, the battery doesn't hold a charge for even 1 day. It charged for a full night and lasted until about lunch time. I don't think a 3 hour battery was what I had in mind when I made this purchase.

It's obscene to think, I now have to pay to send this battery back to you in hopes that you'll actually send me a working battery.

You're obviously a thief.

Bettery appeared to be new...packaging,etc...but it will not hold a charge for more than a day and a half. I have my phone turned all day, but talk on it less than 30 minutes a day.

Received item promptly, loose in an envelope, with no wrapper. It was scratched, and would not take a charge. Contacted the seller, he advised they are new phones, that they remove the batteries from, and then sell the batteries as new. Refund was prompt.
