I'm not sure what to think of this. The battery I received was obviously used. It has minor scratches all over with obvious damage to the corners where it had been dropped. The packaging was in excellent condition so there's no possibility that it was damaged in shipping.

So I decided to use it anyway, thinking that if it worked then who cares if it's scratched up. Sure enough, the battery doesn't hold a charge for even 1 day. It charged for a full night and lasted until about lunch time. I don't think a 3 hour battery was what I had in mind when I made this purchase.

It's obscene to think, I now have to pay to send this battery back to you in hopes that you'll actually send me a working battery.

You're obviously a thief.

Bettery appeared to be new...packaging,etc...but it will not hold a charge for more than a day and a half. I have my phone turned all day, but talk on it less than 30 minutes a day.

Received item promptly, loose in an envelope, with no wrapper. It was scratched, and would not take a charge. Contacted the seller, he advised they are new phones, that they remove the batteries from, and then sell the batteries as new. Refund was prompt.

The battery was a perfect fit for our LG phone and takes and holds a charge well. Check the ma rating for non OEM batteries - many have lower ratings than the OEM version

This battery will waste your time and money! I had to charge my phone every night before with old battery and still do with this one. I am not sure why. When I first got my phone the battery would last 2days plus before charge. I sometimes barely make it home with this battery before it losses power. It came in new package but not sure if battery is new or not.

Was admittedly a bit skeptical, but am very happy with my purchase. This is an OEM battery, fits flush and tight with my LG CU500 phone, and has not given me any trouble. Battery lasts anywhere from 2 days (with excessive use, i.e., multiple hour-long conversations and texts) to 4-5 days (moderate use) without needing to re-charge. I purchased 2 (one for my dad as well). What sweetened the deal were the bonus gifts. Item came quickly and just as described in original packaging (although I *think* writing on battery label is in Portugese?) :)

This is a true LG Standard Battery. Not an after market take off.
It fits like it's supposed too. Because it is truely an LG Battery it performs like the original. I recieved it quickly and in good condition.
I highly recommend it.

The old (original) battery was holding almost no charge any longer. Amazon has the official, name brand battery. The battery came quickly and it's working great!

This LG OEM original manufacture standard battery for LG CU500 works perfectly fine, no other commends or complaints.
