Just so anyone ordering a cell ph. battery knows; do not order by the #LGIP-A1100 only. They are not all the same. Notice the small indentation (slot for tab in phone) at the contact base. Some have 1, some have 2. I needed 2, so this battery would not fit my phone. Be very careful when ordering...

This is the very same battery as the original. Real LG brand. Was much cheaper than some aftermarket ones I found

The battery that I received is not the same one as shown in the picture. Both carry the same part number (LGIP-A1100), but there is a key difference between batteries with this part number. If you look at the picture it shows two notches at the base of the battery. The battery I received contains a single notch. It didn't fit my phone. For $7.00 it isn't worth my time to send back, but I'm very dissapointed!

It took three tries but they got it right with no cost. After personal phone call with apology for mix-ups, credited back my cost plus $20.

Although it clearly says this battery is for a CU405 phone, it does not work in my CU405 phone. There is a plastic tab molded in the phone that fits the cut out (notch) on the top of the battery. The notch is smaller and in a slightly different location on this replacement battery. I cut the plastic tab off of the phone to see if the battery would work. The battery powers the phone, but will not charge. Don't trust that this battery will work.

I ordered the LGIP-A1100 Battery SBPL0085401 as advertised on Amazon.com by 11th St. Wireless.
They sent an LGIP-A1100 battery, but it was not the SBPL0085401 as advertised, it was a SBPL0085402, which will not fit my LG CU400 phone. Even the invoice accompanying the wrong battery said SBPL0085401. I sent them a message of the mistake, they responded they would send the correct one, but they sent the same wrong battery again. I informed them of the second mistake, they then said they don't have the correct one in stock and would refund my account. Amazon confirmed refund to my account. The service was good, but the battery sent is useless to me. Still need a LGIP-A1100 SBPL0085401.

This seller is GREAT! The seller went out of his/her way to deliver a battery to fit my phone once I e-mailed that the advertised battery had a little different design on the bottom where the slots plug into my phone. Within 30 minutes of sending an e-mail that I had a problem with the battery that they had sent they responded back with a solution. Two days later I had the correct battery in hand. I know other buyers complained about this seller but I have nothing but praise for the way they handled this transaction. KUDOS.

I bought this battery as a new one, to replace an older battery that was starting to lose battery life. The "new" one lasts a much shorter time then the older one, which I unfortunately threw away. I contacted the seller but they never responded. I don't know if it is just a really old new battery or just a defective new one.
