The picture is not the right one I purchased this item because the battery is the CU920(vu)'s picture the phone that I have, but I was sent a battery for the CU915. I was angry at first when I opend the package and discovered this detail but after I examined the battery I noticed that the CU915 & the CU920 batterys are interchangeable (you put it in upside down) I wasn't too upset since no one will see the battery is upsidedown.
In all the battery is still OEM (original equipment manufactuer)but for the CU915

New Battery solved my problems of being cut off at a moments notice. Battery goes in backwards from original one that came in the phone. Price and shipping were great.
