I bought these for my son. He liked them very much at first. However after a month of regular use, one of the speakers quit working. The wires are very thin, and these are quite flimsy.

I replaced these with a headphone adapter that allows him to plug any headphones into the phone. I recommend you do the same and avoid this product.

I got this after get my new phone all excited that it would be a great accessorie to enjoy music. Result the sound is awful and the ear pieces keep falling off my ears... For the sound i don't know if it is the phone or the headset but LG ingeners didn't listen to music with this headset !

These are worthless. The only way these would be considered good,is if you have gigantic ears. I am 6'3" and 240 and my ears are not exactly little. These fall out..over and over. WILL NOT stay in place, Volume is good if you don't mind holding them in while you listen to anything. The button is for answering a call. Since i bought them for actually listening, or hoping to listen to music..a worthless feature. They do not pivot they are stationary also. I will buy some nice earbuds and splice them into this , because of the LG connector.

Bought this for my wife and her LG shine. Works great half the price anywhere else on this island. would buy again.

Product purchased was definitely generic in quality. Terrible stereo sound; had the manufacture logo, but question if it was name brand. I got what I paid for...

After 10 emails back and forth this company finally corrected the problem wich was a faulty headset. It seemed to take a lot of negotiating for a 5 dollar product but they finally sent out one that works. They did solve the problem but it wasn't the greatest customer service.

Absolutely worthless. When the headset arrived it was obviously used - the sticker that holds the little plastic bag closed was already ripped open and the plastic bag itself was wrinkled up and dirty. The plug on the end of this headset isn't even the right one, so even if I felt like sticking someone else's earwax into my ear I couldn't use this headset with my phone. It's not even worth returning as the return shipping would cost more than the stupid headset itself. An absolute waste of money and time.

When my item arrived, it was not the one I ordered. I sent an email to the seller and haven't received a reply. This email was sent the next day after I received the item. I went to best buy and bought a replacement. I have inform my friends and family to stau away from this seller.

They work really well, I don't have a problem hearing who I am talking to. However, I found the buds were bigger than I expected, so that took some getting used to, and the button doesn't end my call, it merely mutes or unmutes whomever I am talking to. And the mic on my end works a lot better if I hold it up to my mouth.

I love my earphones, I can use them to talk on my cellphone, or listen to music on my cellphone. They are very comfortable!!
