I purchased two of these battery's from BTO and after charging them they only lasted a 1/2 a day each. At that point I was not very happy and felt I made a mistake not going directly through verizon for new ones. I e-mailed them and told them my issue and BTO mailed me 2 new battery's...no questions asked. My new battery's were delivered promptly and work exactly like my original that came with the phone. Excellent customer care and awareness....I would 100% deal with them again.

at this price I was not sure. Got the battery, charged it and my problem was solved. It actually looks to be a true oem battery. Now I do not have to recharge during the day anymore.

Arrived quickly and appears to be new. OEM - matched product description/photo. Holds a charge. Great price. Can't ask for anything more.

this battery is an actual LG branded battery. It's not some cheep knock off that is common for a price this low. Sure beets paying 40$ for a new one through verizon. Brand new top quality.

Ordered from Amazon and delivered from a Partner location. Delivered on time. Was surprised to see that it was a LG branded battery. Battery life is not good, but I believe that this is caused by the phone, not the battery. Price was good even with the bloated shipping costs. In all, it was a satisfactory purchase.

This product I am very satisfied with. my batter in my phone was crapping out on me, and since Verizon itself no longer makes the product I needed a new batter so I did some researching and found this one. And now my phone finally holds a charge. It shipped very quickly and packaged properly. I am highly satisfied with this product and this company.

I really needed a new phone battery. Looked around and didn't want to pay $50 for a new one. Found this one for a few dollars and ordered it. WOW! It came in only two days and it WORKS! What a bargain!!!

This was supposed to be a new battery but it only holds a charge for about 3 hours. I guess you get what you pay for.

I've had the LG enV Touch for almost two years now. About 3 months ago my battery started giving out, to the point where a week ago my phone was almost unusable--I would charge the battery to full and then after one phone call the phone would die. This became a pattern, and I had a choice between altogether getting a new phone or buying a new battery. I knew that I could get an affordable battery on Amazon, and that I did! I don't think you could get much cheaper than this price, and you definitely wouldn't be able to if you tried to get it from another retail like BestBuy, etc...
In terms of the battery, it works perfectly--not defective at all! On one charge the battery will last up to 2 or 3 days.
Delivery is prompt. Overall, great buy.

Battery arrived fast and works great just as advertized. This is my 2nd one. The first one is over a year old but still holds a charge with lots of phone and text usage for a day and a half before it needs to be charged again. I expect this one will do the same and you can't beat the price.
