pretty good holster. has a holster style so the phone is more secure than most. the tab at the top that holds the phone is just plastic that you pull back to release the phone. i can see this becoming worn and loose with time. there is also about a half inch of space behind the phone when in the holster so the phone protrudes out from your waist a lot more than it needs. not thrilled about that. but overall it does the job and holds my phone securely and you can even open the phone while its in the holster (the brackets don't encase the front part of the flip phone).
