READ THIS!!!
I have bought 2 candelabra and some caldle holders from Jaf gift for my party.
but EVERYTHING that came were defective/ used.

( I took the picture right after recived them, because i thought no one can trust me without picture.)

so I called Customer Svc, then they asked me to send pictures of them and send to them. they said they have to see them and would reply me by e mail. but no reply at all.
Then I called then again then they said Supervisor should handle the case, but hes not there. No returning calls.
Next day I called during business hours, supervisor is out of office. No returning calls.

Attitude of the customer service is primitive and very rude. Uneducated emplyees.

Everything they sold to me was used. rusty, chips, scratches,broken, Everything.

Then I wanted to return them instead of exchanging because there was no one helping me. so I called to request the return, but they would NOT tell me the precedure to do so.
They were keep saying that I have to talk to the supervisor who wass not there.

FINALLY I got to talk to the supervisor today and she told me the address to send the items back to them.

but they didn't care how much of damage they have caused me with my party.
and it takes a whole month to get my money back. (I am not even sure when and how much I would be able to get back from them, or they would give money back at all.)

THIS IS ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW

Used items ( can you belive it? gosh..)
no bubble wrap package - all broken of course.
(How come they sent glass item without bubble wrap?)
Uneducated customer service reps
No instructions on return/ exchange
impossible to ever get hold of the supervisor to resolve matters.


Use your money at something more worthy. Jaf gift is a fraud company.
