This book isn't publish at the moment. It's better on the fundamentals of OS, than Tanenbaum or Stallings.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great book, July 21, 2001
By A Customer
This is one of the best books on OS issues I have ever seen. Entertaing and problem oriented. If you can buy this one - do not hesitate! it is not outdated, because the most fundamental problems of OS design do not change so fast as version numbers ;-).
