This book is amazing. Imagine that you are listening to everything you hear based upon something you decided by the time you were age 5. Now, image that the book gives you tools to remove that filter and truly listen to what those around you are saying.

I took a listening seminar with Carol 8 years ago, when this book was first published. It's an amazing book and she's an amazing woman and author. Read this book and share it with your friends. Practice what you learn. You'll never be the same.

I didn't realize I wasn't really listening to people until I read this book. After reading I started to really listen and have watched the people around me change the way they respond to me (much improved!!) Thank you Carol.
