PROS: great manufacturing integrity, functional and convenient by design.

CONS: The air-tight seal traps moisture as well and thus condensation occurs within the box for those who refrigerate (I do). The box is much narrower than most loaves of 'healthy' variety that tend to be wider than an average hand-width (easily-enough remedied by placing the slices in a diagonal row, just a bit inconvenient).

CONCLUSION: I eat a lot of store bread and have enjoyed the ability to not mess with the twist-tie bags when I just want to grab a piece of bread or two to-go. Leaving the sidelocks undone enables very easy one-handed operation, which has proved to be the box's most appealing feature, aside from the fact that a loaf has never spoiled within it.

I am a big fan of lock-and-lock and this is a great one, I purchased 2 of them and they are already saving me money, now I can buy 2 loaves of bread and have fresh bread until the last slice is gone, living alone bread usually get moldy or stale before I can use it all, that is a thing of the past, and it is so convenient too, no more trips to the store just for bread and who comes out of a grocery store with just a loaf of bread, great product, please continue to offer lock-and-lock in single pieces instead of just sets of them that is a big plus with me, this way I can get just the sizes I really need, this was a great purchase

I make bread at home and this container is terrific! - it keeps my bread very fresh and nice. I like that's it's somewhat transparent and very tightly sealed. It is rather bulkier than i expected, but that also means it fits more!. It seems to be made to fit two loafs of bread, but the important part is the size of the loaf. Bread machines produces small breads and shops tend to sell smaller ones as well, those will fit fine. But when i make bread at home, only 1 1/2 will fit into the container. But nevertheless, it's a wonderful product!

I use this to keep the bread I bake in my bread machine fresh. This works great and looks good on my counter top.
