poor product and no refund yet,

It said it was slightly used not abused. When I got it there were scratches all over the display, it was missing parts, and there was no software. I called their customer service 3 different times and left messages but, I never got a response until I posted a bad review 2 days later. I agreed to a return and refund. I returned the next day on 2/18. I still have no refund. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
