The story was interesting and written very well.
Sobel weaves an interesting tale of John Harrison, a carpenter turned clockmaker, who created an extremely accurate clock for determining longitude.
I highly recommend the book to anyone who has even a passing interest in navigation, sailing, math, or history in general.
