4.0 out of 5 stars The Lottery June 14, 2012
By libbypw
This was the first book I bought for my Kindle! I enjoyed reading The Lottery. I was not sure what it was about, but am glad I clicked on to buy it.

I was afraid it was going to be sci-fi, and it may be technically, but I'd consider it more of a political intrigue book. The story moved along at a very quick pace. Interesting twist towards the end :)

Books that do not hold my attention and make me want to stay up late usually get only half read, this was a good 'read to the end' book!

4.0 out of 5 stars great first title keep it up Tom May 17, 2012

I really enjoyed the read. A little rough at the start but the style and delivery grabbed me and i had to buy it. Good pace, not too much introspective rambling like some writers are prone to do. I especially liked the mix of environs that the story brings together in a smooth way. Looking forward to the next title from this budding "young" auther. Don't borrow this book, bye it so Tom can afford to keep writing.

The description in the book allowed me to picture the settings and the characters. The action was fast-paced and kept my interest. Being able to read it on my laptop, and not having to buy a Kindle, was a definite plus.

4.0 out of 5 stars Amazing, Fast Paced May 18, 2012

I love this book. It grabbed me from the beginning and I could not put it down. I stayed up late every night to read more. It is fast paced and very intertaining. The characters are likeable. I usually take a couple of weeks to read a book. Thomas did such a good job moving this book along I was done in a week. This book would be a great one for a series. I would definitely bye Thomas' next book. I hope it comes out soon.
