This stuff is awesome. I can't say enough about it. I started out just using this on my feet, because it's hard to get your soles to hold moisture.. but this stuff absorbs and keeps my feet soft.
After using it for a year on my feet, I just started using it on my face, after my sister did a chemical peel on me. It healed my skin much faster than it healed in last year's peel. =) I'm using it under my eyes and on my neck every morning and night now, and when I wake up, nmy skin isn't depleted and dry. It looks like I haven't slept. Worth every single penny.

I've bought this product several times over five + years. The tin lasts and lasts, a little goes a long way. Start with a tiny bit and apply more as needed or you're just wasting it.
The purity allows you to use it anywhere on your body, from under your eyes to the bottom of your feet. Never irritates my sensitive skin. I keep it in a couple of places around the house but use it most often while watching tv. This way, I can allow it to soak in and work it's magic! My favorite way to use it is after I rub it into my hands, I work it through my waist length hair. Dry or damp, it gives me fly-away free hair with that cool, clumpy, wavy look I love. Applying it to chapped lips heals them faster than anything else I've tried. Makes a thoughful gift. Anyone I've given it to has gotten hooked like me!

Goes Rancid Soon After Purchase,

I purchased the 100% Organic Shea Butter (150mL) directly at a local L'Occitane store in February 2010. The tub is marked with an expiration code of 2011/11. Last month I tried to use it but the cream is rancid; it has a disagreeable and repugnant odor of decomposing or stale oil or fat. Basically it smells like old shortening. After contacting L'Occitane customer service, I was told that the product should be used within 6 months of being opened and not by the expiration date listed on the tub. No instructions about the usage expectations are provided or were communicated by the store personal when I made the purchase. This is an expensive product to only last 6 months. If I would have known I would have purchase the smaller size container. Most L'Occitane products are good, but the 100% Organic Shea Butter (150mL) and their customer service leave much to be desired.
